New Delhi , the 24th February 1966
S.O. 615. Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that there has been , or is likely to be , a substantial fall in the voluvolume of production in respect of cotton textiles manufactured in the industrial undertaking known as thethe New Pratap Spinning , Weaving and Manufacturing Company Ltd. , Dhulia ( Maharashtra State), for which , having regard to the economic conditions prevailing , there is no justification:
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investiga- tion into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of:-
1. Shri G. N. Vaidya Chairman .
2. Shri A. R. Khare- Member .
3. Shri Y. L. N. Achar - Member - Secretary.

ERRATUM
In the Ministry of Commerce Notification No. 60 ( 142 ) Exp . Insp./66 , dated 10th February , 1966 , published as S.O. 490 in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part Il-Sec. 3 ( 11 ) , dateddated 10th10th February , 1966 , its Issue No.No. may be corrected to read as 38' instead of '35' .
