G.S.R. 293. In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 11 of the Companies (Central Government's ) General Rules and Forms , 1956 and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Company Affairs and Insurance) No. 12 ( 57 ) -C.III / 63 , dated the 4th January , 1965 , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri A. V. Venkateswaran, Joint Secretary to the Govern ment of India , Ministry of Commerce , as a Member of the Committee of Inquiry appointed under the sald notification ; in place of Shri S. Vohra, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce .
