New Delhi , the 6th March 1966
S.O. 726. Whereas the Central Government is satisfied with respect to the Mizo National Front that it is an organisation whichis , and whose members and 'he persons in control whereof are , indulging in activities prejudicial to the security of the Mizo district in the State of Assam and of the adjoining parts of the territory of India;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 32 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby directs that the said rule 32 shall apply to the Mizo National Front aforesaid .
