G.S.R. 419. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( a ) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of Section 7 of the Foo Capestions Act, 1964 ) 37 of 1964 ) . the Central Cover ערמזיםומפהח appoints ShiKT . Can ly , Director , Indian Institute of Management , Calcutia , to be the Chairman of the board of directors of the Food Corporation of India est..b'ished under the said Act , in addition to his own duties in pla e o Shri T. A. Pei who " e ^ sed to be chairman with effect from 3rd January . 1966 and direts that the following further amendment shal be made in the noflication of the Government o India in the Ministry of Food and Agriel.ure ( Department of Food ) No. GSR 37 dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely : -
In the said notification , for entry ( 1 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 1 ) Shri K. T. Chandy , Director , Indian Institute of Management , Calcutta."
