New Delhi, the 26th March 1966
G.S R. 478.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (2) and (8) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Price Control) Order, 1966, namely:—
1, (1) This Order, may be called the Kerosene (Price Control) Second Amend- ment Order, 1966.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Kerosene (Price Control) Order, 1966,—
(i) in paragraph 3, after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
