NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th March 1966
G.S.R. 479. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections (2 ) and (3 ) of Section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 ( I of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. K. Datta to bebe a member andand also the Chairman of the Company Law Board in place of Shri R. C. Dutt, and makes the following amend- ments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 177 , dated the 1st February, 1964, namely:
In the said notification , in clause ( a ) , for the entry " ( 1 ) Shri R. C. Dutt " , the entry " ( 1 ) Shri S. K. Datta " shall be substituted ; and for the entry " ( b ) Shri R. C. Dutt, to be the Chairman of the Company Law Board " , the entry " ( b ) Shri S. K. Datta to be the Chairman of the Company Law Board" shall be substituted.
