CENTRAL EXCISES

G.S.R. 489.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 280 ZE of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Tax Credit Certificate (Excise Duty on Excess Clearance) Scheme, 1965, namely: —
1. This Scheme may be called the Tax Credit Certificate (Excise Duty on Excess Clearance) Amendment Scheme, 1960.
2, In the Tax Credit Certificate (Excise Duty on Excess Clearance) Scheme, 1965,—
(a) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: —
|63 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PA"T U-S^C. 3 (i)1 (b) In Schedule n, in the foil and counterfoil of Form C. and In Forme E and G r- CW for the words and brackets "Director of Tax Credit (Export*). NowDelhi", wherever they occur, the words "Director of Inspection, Customs and Central Excise, New Delhi" ghal^ be substituted;
(il) In th* foil of Form C, for the word* and bracket! "DIRECTOR OF •TAX CREDIT (EXPORTS), NEW DELHI" the words "DIRECTOR OF INSPECTION, CUSTOMS AND CENTRAL EXCISE, NEW DELHI" shall be substituted.
