S.O. 1051. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes ( Amendment ) Act , 1965 (45 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April , 1966 , as the date on which the sald Act shall come into force .
