NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th April 1966
G.S.R. 542. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( i ) of section 10A of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P. K. Rau, to be Member of the Companies Tribunal in place of Shri G. Mathias , and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Company Law , Company Law Division ) No. G.S.R. 866 , dated the 15th June , 1964 , namely :--
In the said Notification , for the entry " ( 2 ) Shri G. Mathias " the entry " ( 2 ) Shri P. K. Rau " shall be substituted .
