NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th April 1966
G.S.R. 582.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Celling Prices ) Order 1966 , namely:
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Amendment Order , 1966 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Kerosene ( Fixation of Celling Prices ) Order , 1966 , in the Schedule , after item ( b ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be inserted , namely: -
"(c) Superior and Inferior Inbulk per kilolitre
Ninety nine
decimal one
three paise
For sale in the State of Assam and Nagaland and in the Union territor- les of Manipur and Tripura" .
