ORDER
New Delhi , the 18th April 1966
G.S.R. 583. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) and sub- rule ( 3 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Control ) Order , 1965 , namely : --
1. This Order may be called the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Control ) Second Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the proviso to clause 3 of the Delhi Rationed Articles ( Movement Con- trol ) Order , 1965 , after item ( ii ) , the following shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( iii ) gifts received under the Indo - U.S . Agreement on Relief Supplies , 1951."
