ORDER

New Delhi, the 23rd April 1966

G.S.R. 621.—In exercise of the powers conferred, by sub-rule (2) and sub- rule (3) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules, 1962 and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Delhi Rationed Articles (Movement Control) Order, 1965, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Delhi Rationed Articles (Movement Control) Third Amendment Order, 1966.

2. In the Delhi Rationed Articles (Movement Control) Order, 1965, in clause 3 after the existing proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :—

"Provided further that nothing contained in sub-clause (l)(a) or sub- clause (2) (a) shall apply to the movement of wheat, atta, maida, suji or rawa from any place within Zone I referred to in the Sche- dule to the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement ( 321 ) 322 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PAKI U - S E C, B(i)]

Control) Order, K84 to any place within the Union territory of Delhi excluding the rationed area or from any place within the* Union territory" of Delhi excluding the rationed area to any place within that Zone".
