NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd April 1966
G.S.R. 620. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1963 , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in thethe late Ministry of Food and Agriculture , ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 952 dated the 31st May , 1963 , the Central Government hereby directs that no producer of sugar, who is required to supply sugar to a State Government or an Administrator of a Union territory or a nominee of any such Government or Administrator , under the direction issued by the Chief Director , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati , Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , shall demand or receive from such Gov- ernment , Administrator or nominee , any amount in excess of Rs . 15/- per quintal us an advance prior to despatch of the consignment in respect of sugar so dis ed to be supplied and arranged to be despatched by rail direct-
