New Delhi , the 4th June 1966
G.S.R. 864. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Order , 1959 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Order , 1959 proviso to clause 3 shall be omitted .
