G.S.R. 905. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) , read with clause ( a) of sub- rule ( 3 ) , of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Delhi Sugar Products ( Movement Control ) Order , 1963 , published with the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1813 , dated the 19th November , 1963 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done thereunder .
