New Delhi , the 9th June 1966
G.S.R. No. 909.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notificationion of the Government of India inin the try of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 104- Customs , dated the 6th June , 1966 namely :- mi In the table annexed to the said notification in column ( 4 ) against Seria. No. 151, the figures and words " 40 per cent ad valorem " shall be inserted .

G.S.R. No. 910. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Indin in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 102 - Customs , dated the 16th May , 1957 , namely:-
In the said notification for the figures and words " 25 per cent ad valorem " , the figures and words " 171 per cent al valorem " shall be substituted .
