G.S.R. 923. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section I of the Delhi Administration Act , 1966 ( 19 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints 13th day of June , 1966, as the date on which section 37 of the said Act shall come into force .
