ORDER
New Delhi , the 18th June 1966
G.S.R. 971. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1957 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control ) Second Amendment Order , 1966 .
2 In the Wheat Roller Flour Mills ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1957 , for item ( b ) of sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 10, the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( b ) the production or manufacture of different kinds of wheat products and also the size of the packing , the method of packing and the like;" .
