G.S.R. 974. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts Green Tea falling under Item No. 5 of the Second Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 (32 of 1934 ) , when exported from Inuia fom the whole of the duty of customs leviable under the second mentioned Act and under section 25 of the Tea Act, 1953 ( 29 of 1953 ) .
