NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June 1966
G.S.R. 1005.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential
Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes
the following order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices)
Order, 1966, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Celling Prices) Second
Amendment Order, 1966.
2. In the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1966,—
(a) in clause 3,—
(i) for sub-clause (b), the following sub-clause shall be substituted,
namely:—
"(b) the increases or decreases (on account of any change in Central
duties, port charges or other duties or charges) as are specified
in the Schedule to this Order;
(ii) sub-clause (e) shall be omitted:
