New Delhi , the 25th June 1966
G.S.R. 1013. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 6 of the Bengal Finance ( Sales Tax) Act , 1941 ( Bengal Act 6 of 1941 ) , as in force in the Union territory of Delhi , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 964 dated the 16th June , 1966 , namely : -
In the said notification for the figures and words " 21. Sewing thread" , the figures and words " 21. Cotton thread" shall be substituted.
