New Delhi , the 27th June 1966
G.S.R. 1055.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Third Amendment Order , 1966 .
2. In the Kerosene ( Fixation of Celling Prices ) Order , 1996 , in the Schedule , after item (d ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be inserted namely: -
