New Delhi , the 28th June 1966
G.S.R. 1056 / Ess . Com./Sugar . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , and clause 7 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 915/ Ess . Com./Sugar , dated the 10th June , 1966 , namely : -
In the said notification , in Schedule III , under the heading " Mysore " , in 'Part B' , after Serial No. 6 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No , and entry shall be inserted , namely : -
" 7. Gauribidanur Sahakara Sakkare Karkhane Ltd. , Gauribidanur , Distt . Kolar . ".
