NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th June 1966
G.S.R. 1061.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Bengal Finance (Sales Tax,) Act, 1911 (Bengal Act 6 of 1941) as in force in the Union terri- tory of Delhi, the Central Government hereby makes with effect from the 1st day of July, 1966, the following further amendments in the Second schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In the said Schedule,—
(1) Item Nos. 13, 16, 56, 48, 51 and 5½ shall be omitted,
(2) for item 15, the following item shall be substituted, namely: —
"15. Edible oil produced in indigenous kohlu or ghani (without employing electri- city or any other power at any stage) when sold by the person owning such kohlu or ghani and dealing exclusively in the production of such indigenous kohlu and ghani.";
(3) for item No. 17, the following item shall be substituted, namely.

(5) alter item No. 56, the following item jhall be added, namely:—
"57. Blood foi transfusion, that is to say, fresh human blood OT plasma, liquid or dried.1'.
