THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES (MADRAS) AMENDMENT ORDER l966
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Representation at the People Act 1950 (43 of 1950), the President after consulting the Elec- tion Commission is pleased to make the following Order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Madras) Order, 1051 namely 1. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Madras) Amendment Order, 1966.
2 In the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Madras) Order, 1951 - (1) in the Table below paragraph 2,— (a) against item 4 under Graduates' Constituencies 111 column 2, for the word "Salem", the words "Salem, Dharmapuri" shall be substituted (b) against item 9 under Teachers' Constituencies, m columns 1 and 2, for the word "Salem", the words "Salem. Dharmapun" shall be substituted,

(2) In paragraph 3 below the Tahle for the figures, letters and words '1st day of April, 1965", the figures, letters and words '1st day of January, 1066" shall be substituted.
