TARIFFS
New Delhi , the 15th July , 1966 .
S.O. 2133. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4A of the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendments be made in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely : - In the said Schedule-
( 1 ) for the figures and words " 10 per cent ad valorem " against Item No. 27 relating to " Coir and Coir manufactures " ( as inserted by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merce , Tariffs No. S.O. 1696 , dated the 6th June, 1966 ) , the follow- ing shall be substituted :-
"27 ( 1 )-Coir Fibre and Yarn - 25 per cent ad valorem "
" 27 ( 11 ) Other Coir Manufactures -10 per cent ad valorem "
