G.S.R. 1323 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of section 6 of the Bengal Finance ( Sales Tax) Act , 1941 ( Bengal Act 6 of 1941) , as in force In the Union territory of Delhi , the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to make with effect from the Ist of Septernber , 1966 , the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
In the said Schedule , in item 46 , the brackets , letters and words " ( 11 ) Hand made utensils " , shall be omitted .
