G.S.R. 1323 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of section 3 of the Bengal Finance ( Sales Tax ) Act , 1941 ( Bengal Act 6 of 1941 ) , as in force in the Union territory of Delhi , the Central Government hereby gives notice of its ntention to make with effect from the 1st of September , 1966 , the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely: -
In the said Schedu'e , in item 46 , the brackets , letters and words " ( ii) Hand made utensils " , shall be omitted .
