8. O. 2609 -In pursuance of rule 6 of the Export of Cast Iron Soil Pipes ( Inspection) Rules , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below , as the panel of experts for the purpose ofpurpose of hearing appealsappeals under the said rules against the decision of the Inspection Agencies carrying out inspection in the areas mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) thereof:
Provided that where a member of any of the said panels is personally interested in the subject- matter of any appeal , he shall not take part in the proceedings relating to that appeal .
