Import Trade Control
New Delhi, the 27th August, 1966.
S.O. 2610.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section
3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act. 1947 (18 of I947)
the Central Government hereby permits the jute mills speci-
fied in column (1) of the Schedule below to import so much of
raw jute as has been specified in the corresponding entry in
column (2) thereof (such raw jute being raw jute released by
the Custodian of Enemy Property from the cargo of the ship
'Ocean Enterprise') on production of valid sale contracts
between the jute mills concerned and the owners of raw jute.
