G.S.R. 1362. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 6 of the Bengal Finance ( Sales Tax ) Act , 1941 ( Bengal Act 6 of 1941 ) , as in force in the Union Territory of Delhi , the Central Government hereby makes with effect from the 1st day of September , 1966 , the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely: -
In the said Schedule , in item 46 , the brackets , letters and words " ( ii ) Hand made utensils " , shall be omitted .
