S.O.2672-- In e x e r c i se of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Coir I n d u s t ry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953), read with sub- r u le (1) of Rule 5 of the Coir I n d u s t ry Rules, 1954. as amend- ed by t he Coir I n d u s t ry (Amendment) Rules. 1963, t he C e n t r al Government hereby a p p o i n ts the following persons as members of the Coir Board for t he period beginning from the l it day of September, 1966 and ending with t he 31 at day of August, 1969:-
