S . 0 . 2 6 7 2 -- In exercise of t he powers conferred by Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953). read with sub- r u le (1) of Rule 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, as'amend- ed by the Coir Industry (Amendment) Rules, 1963. the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coir Board for the p e r i od beginning from the 1 st day of September, 1966 and ending with the 31st day of August, 19 69: -
(a) Growers of coconut and producers of husks and coir yarn:-
