G.S.R.I377.- In e x e r c i se of the powers conferred byclause IS of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby d i r e c ts that the powers conferred on it by clause 7 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966 shall also be excisable by a State Government or an officer duly authorised by it in t h is behalf, for the purpose of fixation of the p r i ce of sugar, except at the ex-factory stage, sub- j e ct to the condition - ( 6 0 9)
