NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th September , 1966 .
S.0.2705 .. In pursuance of rule 8 of the Export of Cashew Kernels ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules . 1966 the Cen- tral Government hereby appoints the President ( Ex - officio ) of the Kanara Chamber of Commerce , Mangalore - 1 , also as a member of the panel of experts constituted for Mangalore for the pur- pose of hearing appeals under the said rule against the deci- sion of the Export Inspection Agency , Cochin and directs that the following amendment shall be made to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 1694. dated the 6th June 1966 , namely : -
In column 2 of the said notification , under the heading *Mangalore- ( covering the State of Mysore ) " , after se- rial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto , the following sholl be inserted , namely : -
" 5A . The President ( Ex - officio ) , the Kanara Chamber of Commerce , P.O. Box No. 116 , Mangalore - 1 . "
