ORDER
New Delhi , the 6th September 1966
S.O. 2708. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 , ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Newsprint Control Order , 1962 , namely : - 1. This Order may be called the Newsprint Control ( First Amendment ) , Order , 1966.
2. In the Newsprint Control Order , 1962 , for sub - clause ( c ) of clause 7 , the following sub - clause shall be substituted namely: -
( c ) sale of any kind of waste newsprint by any dealer in newsprint or the sale , acquisition , consumption or use of such newsprint by any con- sumer of newsprint .
