New Delhi , the 7th September 1966
G.S.R. 1379. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 160 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the folowing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 145 - Customs , dated the 10th May , 1958 , namely: -
In the said notification , after Item ( 1 ) , the following item shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( 1A ) Jigs and tools for MIG 21 aircraft "
