G.S.R. 1379.-1n exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 160 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Gove: nment, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the fol'owing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 145 - Customs , dated the 10th May , 1958 , namely: --
In the said notification , after item ( 1 ) , the following item shall be inserted , namely: --
" ( 1A ) Jigs and tools for MIG 21 aircraft . "
