NOTIFICATION
TAX CREDIT ( EXPORTS DIVISION)
New Delhi , the 6th September 1966
G.S.R. 1380.-In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 4 , of the Tax Credit Certificate ( Exports ) Scheme , 1965 , the Central GovernmentGovernment makes the fol- lowing amendmentsmendments to the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) Notification No. 3 / 1 / 65 - TC ( E ) , dated the 27th September , 1965 namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table,-
(a) against S. No. 4, for the entries in column ( 3 ) , the following shall be substituted with effect on and from the 15th September , 1966 , namely:-
"All Customs Stations in the States of Madras and Andhra Pradesh and in the Union territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands , Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands and Pondicherry . " ;
(b) against S. No. 5 , for the entries in column ( 2 ) , the following shall be substituted with effect on and from the 1st September , 1966 , namely:- "Assistant Director , Tax Credit ( Exports ) in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) New Delhi . " ;
(c) S. No. 77 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted with effect on and tries relating from the 15th September , 1966 .
