In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 -A of the Industries (Development & Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951) and in partial modification of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce SO . 772 dated 11th March 1966 , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri C D. Bhabha to take over the management of the whole of Aurangabad Mills Ltd. Aurangabad . vice Shri H. Nanjundlah.
