S.O. 2712. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 -A of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) and in partial modification of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. 772 dated 11th March 1966 , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri C. D. Bhabha to take over the management of the whole of Aurangabad Mills Ltd. Aurangabad , vice Shri H. Nanjundiah .
