ORDER
New Delhi , the 14th September 1966
G.S.R. 1433. In exercise of the powers confcrred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Örder , 1966 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order, 1966 .
2. In the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Order , 1966 , for sub - clause ( e ) of clause 2 , the following sub - clause shall be substitutod , namely:-
" ( e ) " gram " includes black gram , kabli gram , gramdal ( husked or unhusk- ed) , gram churi , gram flour and gram besan but does not include gram chhilka ."
