ORDER
New Delhi , the 14th Septernber 1966
G.S.R. 1433. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Order , 1966 , namely:-
1 This Order may be called the Gram Zone (Movement Control) Amendment Order, 1966 .
2. In the Gram Zone ( Movement Control ) Order , 1966 , for sub - clause ( e ) of clause 2, the following sub - clause shall be substituted , namely:---
" ( e ) " gram" includes black gram , kabli gram , gramdal ( husked or unhusk- ed) , gram churi, gram flour and gram besan but does not include gram chhilka."
