S.O. 2772. In the notification of the Central Board of Direct Taxes No S.O. 2451 , dated the 10th August , 1966 , published on pages 1225 to 1229 in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 10th August, 1966 :-
( 1) at page 1226,-
(1 ) in the eleventh line , for " excessive of unreasonable " , rent " excessive or unreasonable " ;
(ii) in the fifty - nineth line , for " of guest house " read " of a guest house" ;
( iii ) in the sixty - first line , for " or as " read " or , as " ;
(2) at page 1227 ,-
(1 ) in the fifty - first line , for " on " read " one " ;
(ii ) in the fifty - eighth line , for "business of profession " , read "business or profession".
