CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 16th September 1966
G.S.R. 1434.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts bona fide samples of unmanufactured tobacco [ fal[faling under Item No. 24 of the Second Schedule to the Indian Tariff Act , 1934 ( 32 of 1934 ) ] , when exported out of India if each parcel of such sample weighs not more than ten kilogrammes and does not exceed Rs . 50 in value from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule .
