New Delhi , the 17th September 1966
G.S.R. 1484.- In exercise of the powers confcrred by section 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food )Food) No.No. G.S ..G.S.R. 117 , dated the 13th January , 1965 , namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Food Corporations ( Eighth Amendment ) Rules , 1966 .
2. In the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 11 , for the figures " 1800-50-2000 " , the figures " 1800-100-2000 " shall be substi- tuted.
