ORDER
New Delhi , the 19th September 1966
S.O 2773.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with clauses ( c) and ( e ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1965 ( 10 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Drugs Prices ( Displav and Control ) Order , 1966 , namely-
1. This Orde may be called the Drugs Prices ( Display and Control ) Amend- ment Order 16
2 In the Drugs Prices ( Display and Control ) Order , 1966 , -
(1) for clause ( f ) of paragraph 2. the following paragraph shall be suh- stituted , namely: -
'( f ' wholesale price' means the price ( including the Central and State excise duile but excluding all other taxes ) , for which a drug is sold by mar ufacturer , importer or distributor of that drug to a dealer " :
(21 prgan i , for the words " the retail price of that drug" , the words "the maximum retail price of that drug with the words 'retail price not to exceed proceding it " shall be substituted .
