New Delhi , the 20th September 1966
G.S.R. 1189.-In pursuance of clause 4A of the Foodgrains ( Prohibition of Use in Manufacture of Starch) Order, 1966 , the Central Government hereby authorizes each of the officers specified in the Schedule below to issue permits for use of damaged or deteriorated foodgrains within his respectivo jurisdiction .
