NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th September 1966
S.O. 2774.-- In exercise of the powerscrs conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Gove nment hereby recognises-
( i ) The Export Inspection Agency , Cochin ,
( 1 ) The Export Inspection Agency . Madras , ( iii ) The Export Inspection Agency , Calcutta ,
( IV ) The Export Inspection Agency , Bombay and ( v) The Export Inspection Agency , Delhi
also as the agencies for the inspection of inorganic chemicals specified in Schedule II to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of CoCommerce No. S.O. 1272 dated , the 25th April , 1966 and directs that the following amend- ment shall be made in the aforesaid notification , namely : ---
In the said notification . in Schedule 1 , afte Serial No. 11 and the entry relating thereto , the fo'lowing shall be inserted , namely : --
"12. Export Inspection Agency , Cochin
13. Export Inspection Agency , Madras
14 Export Inspection Agency , Calcutta
15. Export Inspection Agency , Bombay
16 Export Inspection Agency . Delhi .
