G.S.R. 1499.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) of clause (B) of sub-section (1C) of section 108 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1of 1956) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Company Affairs and Insurance), No. G S.R. 72, dated the 1st January. 1966, the Company Law Board hereby approves, with effect from the 1st April, 1966, the following financial institutions for the purpose of the said sub- section, namely:—
1. The Industrial Development Bank of India set up under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964;
2. The Industrial Finance Corporation of India set up under the Industrial Finance Corporation Act, 1948;
3. All State Financial Corporations set up under the State Financial Corpo- rations Act, 1951;
